    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of project execution, ensuring each initiative runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes developing and presenting change orders and implementation plans tailored to customer needs, clearly communicating project goals and updates to both the internal team and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of project status, changes, and material flow. Additional responsibilities include procuring necessary materials and services to keep projects on schedule and within budget, setting project milestones, monitoring costs, and managing subcontractor selection and performance to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

     

    - Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of medium to large projects of various complexity from award through completion of project.

     

    - Coordinate and/or write change order proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.

     

    - Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required and maintain accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.

     

    - Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget.

     

    - Establish project milestones and analyze costs.

     

    - Manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractor selection process and work performance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2+ years of experience within a Project Manager role in commercial construction and/or technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems)

     

    - Strong experience overseeing budgeting – ranging from 50,000 – Multi-million dollar projects

     

    - Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite, excel, and other relevant spreadsheets

     

    - Strong financial knowledge and skills
