Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QE Director to join our financial services' Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team. This person is a hands-on leader in automation and comes with experience leading QE strategy for their previous organization(s). Duties include the below:

-QE Strategy and process ownership

-Stakeholder partnership

-Ownership of end-to-end automation framework and environments

-Leading a team of 10+ automation QE/SDET engineers

-Contributing to hands-on automation testing, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, BDD, Cucumber, Azure/AWS/GCP, and more

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of automation/QE/SDET engineering experience

-Experience being a hands-on leader in automation and have led organization-wide QE strategies

-Experience leading a team of 10+ automation QE/SDET engineers

-Automation testing experience (selenium, cucumber, etc.)

-REST assured, Postman, BDD experience

-Experience within Azure/AWS/GCP cloud -Financial services industry background
