• Inbound Safety and Quality Logistics Analyst

    Position Overview

    The Analyst, Inbound Safety Quality Logistics (ISQL), will ensure data integrity while collecting, validating, and interpreting complex vendor performance data including ISQL and damage metrics. This role will use Access, Google sheets/documents, Google BigQuery, Oracle, Alteryx, Hyperion, and others to develop and deliver critical reports such as daily recaps, monthly scorecards, and financial analyses, transforming raw data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.

    Job Description

    + Oversee the entire data lifecycle for reporting, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all collected and assembled information.

    + Maintain reporting integrity through comprehensive analysis of all outputs, validating data accuracy and consistency across reports and scorecards.

    + Drive the strategic development and optimization of reporting solutions, encompassing system upgrades, architectural design changes, and the creation of bespoke reports to meet evolving business needs.

    + Collaborate with and guide team members, providing training on report utilization and new report development.

    + Completes all assigned tasks and Ad hoc reports as needed.

    Position Qualifications:

    + Bachelors Degree Required: Analytics, business administration, information systems

    + 2-5 Years experience analytics, data science, report design and implementation, database management

    Additional Information:

    + Specialized Knowledge: Computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) intermediate user or higher, Google sheets and documents, SQL, Google BigQuery, Oracle, Alteryx

    + Special Skills: Strong problem solving skills; strong computer and analytics skills; math and organizational skills; verbal and written communication skills, Must be able to work independently; must be able to ensure published data is formatted correctly and appropriately for viewing audience.
