    Lantern Park Specialty Care, a high-acuity skilled nursing community in Coralville, IA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our overnight team. This is a full-time (6PM–6AM) RN role where you can grow your clinical skills while providing exceptional resident-centered care.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver safe, high-quality care to high-acuity residents overnight

    + Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and well-being

    + Support new graduate RNs through mentorship and hands-on training

    + Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations

    Qualifications:

    + Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain quickly)

    + CPR certification
