Job Summary
Perform general maintenance and repairs including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC , grounds maintenance, and arranging furniture and partitions. Assist employees with internal moves. May work with specialized outside contractors. May have some formal training in one or more trades.

Responsibilities
Performs all general building maintenance and repairs. Job may include but is not limited to light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC , appliance (refrigerators included) repair, minor plumbing, furniture assembly, and other building systems. Assists other employees as needed. May be required to work with and coordinate with outside contractors. May be assigned to a building(s) or assigned a particular task such as appliance repair or furniture repair or etc…
Minimum Qualifications
**EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT :** 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Requires 3+ years of related experience.
