    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to manage our stock-room, parts inventory, and purchasing activities. This role ensures smooth operations by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting maintenance work orders, and contributing to overall plant efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ year purchasing experience and 1–2 years in stock-room or related parts supply experience

    + Proficiency in CMMS/EAM or similar maintenance management software

    + Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    + Forklift certification

    + Ability to work independently

     

    Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:30am

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage parts inventory, including stock, receiving, and issuing to work orders

    + Maintain accurate records through cycle counts and annual inventory

    + Support repair and maintenance administration

    + Ensure stock-room cleanliness and organization

    + Assist with audits and plant projects as needed

    + Prepare service kits and pick parts for work orders

     

    Pay Range: $20.80 - $21.80
