Hiring Range: $16.90 - $20.54 Hourly (Depending on Qualifications)
Work Day/Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (hours may vary)

This takes highly qualified staff with a passion for working in partnership and service with the community.
Devoted to providing clerical and/or office support activities for city functions and staff. Incumbents assigned to this class provide routine administrative support, customer service, and/or basic transaction processing following prescribed procedures and instructions.
Responsible for providing general administrative support such as mail processing, data entry, filing, record-keeping, copying, document processing, customer service, reception and transaction processing/monitoring.
Duties/Responsibilities
+ Processes routine transactions; monitors for accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintains files and records.
+ Answers phones, responds to routine questions and/or routes callers to appropriate staff/location.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, HISet, TASC).
+ Two years of related clerical/administrative support experience.
Additional Preferred Skills
+ Customer service experience.
+ Experience with data entry.
+ Proficient in Spanish language(speak, read, and write).
