Manager, Revenue Operations Program Delivery
Job Description:
At Sage, we’re building the next generation of Revenue Operations excellence — and we’re looking for a Program Delivery Manager to make it happen! This role will drive the deployment and ongoing success of our global revenue operations methodology (SIGMA) and bring governance, structure, and momentum to critical initiatives across our Routes to Revenue organization. Working closely with the Director, Revenue Operations Program Delivery, you’ll orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple geographies and business units. You’ll be the connective force ensuring that every milestone is met, every dependency is managed, and every stakeholder stays aligned.
This is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in our Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
• Lead day-to-day execution of global program workstreams — ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Support the phased roll-out of SIGMA across regions, managing release planning, readiness, and adoption.
• Maintain program dashboards, trackers, and governance artifacts to provide real-time visibility of progress and outcomes.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure delivery continuity.
• Facilitate program meetings and decision forums — turning actions into tangible outcomes.
• Champion consistency in delivery practices, templates, and communications across teams and regions.
• Partner with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to drive alignment and operational discipline.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global program delivery frameworks and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ years of proven success managing complex programs or large-scale transformations in a global enterprise environment.
• A track record of driving structured execution across multiple workstreams and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational discipline with a focus on delivery quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed, and ambiguous environments, where priorities shift and outcomes matter.
• Proficiency with modern program management tools and methodologies.
Why you'll love this role:
You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking global team that’s modernizing how we run Revenue Operations. This is an opportunity to shape a scalable delivery model, work with senior leaders across the business, and make a visible impact on how Sage drives growth and efficiency.
