As a General Labor Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform order picking, packing, and stocking to ensure smooth production flow

    + Assist with lifting and moving materials safely and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Support team members in daily production tasks

    + Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

    + Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

    + Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus
