    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have machine operation skills, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location:** Lynchburg, VA

    **Pay Range:** $15 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Packing, stacking, and moving products efficiently.

    + Maintaining a constant pace while ensuring quality standards.

    + Cross-training to operate a forklift and other machinery.

    + Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

    + Participating in overtime as needed to meet production goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

    + Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

    + 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
