    Our client, _a leading organization in the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and clinical research industry_ , is seeking a **Clinical Data Specialist** to join their team in **Arden Hills, MN** . As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will be part of the Clinical Data Management Department supporting the Global Clinical Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Clinical Data Specialist

    **Location:** Arden Hills, MN (hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days onsite)

    **Pay Range:** $46.85/HR + Benefits

    **Contract Duration:** 12-Months W2 Contract

    Job Function:

    + Review clinical data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency in accordance with investigational plans.

    + Develop and maintain data management documentation and guidelines following Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Trial Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

    + Provide subject matter expertise during all phases of project lifecycle, including audits and inspections.

    + Develop, test, and maintain data management systems to support clinical research activities.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2-4 years of experience in data management within the life sciences industry or 1-2 years with a Master’s degree.

    + Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and SAS software.

    + Experience with data listings and query management processes.

    + Strong understanding of clinical documentation review and data quality standards.

    + Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
