Our client, a leading organization in food processing operations, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the full plant team supporting production and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Allenwood, PA

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $33/hr

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.

+ Conduct repairs and inspections in compliance with FDA, USDA, and GMP standards to uphold food safety and quality.

+ Maintain and repair utility systems including air compressors, refrigeration, steam, and water systems.

+ Document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.

+ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.

+ Solid understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Experience with food-grade equipment, stainless steel piping, pumps, valves, and sanitary welding.

+ Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and other food industry safety standards.
