Introduction to the team
Welcome to our IT Assurance practice within Moss Adams Consulting. Our team supports ourassurance practice, evaluating internal controls over financial reporting, specifically focused on SEC integrated audits, private Finanancial audits, and consulting supporting integrated compliance audits for Sarbanes-Oxley, FDICIA, and other IT consultative services. We also provide consulting services focused on the IT internal audits, internal controls and other and IT related audits. We have direct interactions with clients who range in size from start-up to enterprise.
At Moss Adams you will gain knowledge of the firm's assurance and consulting services as well as assist project managers, clients, and peers on various financial audits, consulting and internal audit engagements. We move quickly, challenge daily, and are looking for people who are self-motivated and thrive in fast paced deadline driven environments. Responsibilities
+ Strong motivation to meet client deadlines, provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
+ Proficient understanding technical matters and how they impact the financial audit
+ Demonstrate ability to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and systems, while drawing logical conclusions
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to mentor, train and manage professional staff
+ Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple client engagements, and conflicting deadlines
+ Attention to detail while reviewing work
+ Demonstrated skills in effectively working with all levels of management
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; major in business, finance, accounting or information systems preferred
+ 3 years of IT audit experience required
+ CISA or CPA, accreditation preferred .
+ 1 or more years of experience within a public accounting/consulting firm preferred
+ Ability to travel an average of 25%
