QA Automation Engineer

Contract role
Pay Rate $55/HR.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Quality Excellence Specialist to drive and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Experience Index (CXI) across the end-to-end customer journey. This role fosters a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded through digital solutions, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Quality Culture:
Drive NPS and CXI metrics across the E2E customer journey.
Create an open and transparent environment that promotes a strong quality culture in collaboration with leadership.
Quality Management & Risk Control:
Guide teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with quality-related standards and legal requirements.
Data Transparency & Continuous Improvement:
Enable real-time data visibility for ad-hoc analysis and decision-making.
Lead preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Innovation & Digital Transformation:
Champion innovative digital solutions to enhance quality.
Apply creative thinking and coach teams in using creativity methods.
Training & Agile Leadership:
Train employees in specific quality domains.
Coach or lead agile/lean projects, potentially serving as a SCRUM Master.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve process flows using tools like Value Stream Mapping.
Coordinate quality-related staff and networks without direct team leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate national/international quality networks in designated areas.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality management, process improvement, or agile project leadership.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and compliance.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and digital tools.
Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping and improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Pay Details:** $55.00 per hour
