• Interior Architect

    Actalent (Chicago, IL)


    A high-end residential design firm in Chicago is looking to add an Interior Architect to their team!

    Responsibilities

    + Support the Director of Architecture and Architectural Designer in project development.

    + Coordinate and manage project designs and details for implementation into Revit or CAD.

    + Oversee the preparation of drawing sets in Revit or CAD with the Architectural Designer.

    + Regularly review and update files on the architecture drive and Sharepoint Client drawings files.

    + Maintain and relay Revit and CAD drawing standards and templates for new projects.

    + Communicate project drawing status updates to the Director of Architecture or Architectural Designer.

    + Reference project information in Studio Designer as needed.

    + During Construction Administration, respond to RFIs, review submittals for accuracy, and coordinate submissions to the GC/builder.

    Qualifications & Additional Skills

    + Degree in Architecture

    + 5+ years of experience in high-end single-family residential projects and clientele

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

    + Experience in construction documents, design development, and schematic design

    + Strong project management skills

    + Experience in construction administration and mentoring junior architects

    + Experience with custom millwork detailing

    + Proven ability to coordinate effectively during Construction Administration

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
