Job Title: Research Dietitian
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Research Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and follow institutional SOPs, review and assess protocols for clarity and feasibility, and ensure that all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct. This role requires working under the supervision of Principal Investigators, exercising excellent clinical judgment in patient monitoring and care, and maintaining timely communications with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects.
Responsibilities
+ Review and assess protocol (including amendments) for clarity and logistical feasibility.
+ Ensure all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct.
+ Perform protocol mandated visits, which may include providing personalized Lifestyle Management Counseling.
+ Provide helpful materials to assist patients in achieving their nutritional and physical activity goals.
+ Attend remote, video-assisted protocol visits and complete necessary documentation.
+ Perform patient diet and nutritional education on the relationship between good eating habits.
+ Schedule study visits with participants within the protocol window.
+ Prepare documentation ahead of appointments and ensure study participant files are ready.
+ Participate in and implement quality improvement projects.
+ Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. The candidate must be open to obtaining additional licenses as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of NA, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
