Job Title: BIM ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager with exceptional Revit skills to lead and enhance our architectural practice. This role is pivotal in teaching, refining, and stewarding the adoption of firm-wide technology standards. The successful candidate will also oversee the creation of standard details, templates, and automations to streamline our workflow.
Responsibilities
+ Teach others how to effectively utilize Revit in our architectural practice.
+ Refine, maintain, and steward adoption of firm-wide standards in technology use.
+ Create and oversee the creation of standard details, templates, and automations to simplify workflow.
+ Research, evaluate, and potentially implement new technologies, including discovering and testing applications of AI.
+ Code or oversee the coding of purpose-built apps and plugins to improve processes.
Essential Skills
+ Exceptional Revit skills.
+ Project coordination and administration.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
+ Experience in document control and customer service.
+ Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support.
+ Strong architectural skills in VDC and design.
+ Experience in construction documentation and architectural design.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Great teamworking and communication skills.
+ Multi-tasking ability.
Work Environment
The position is based in our Tempe office. We are an employee-owned firm offering great bonuses and benefits, with flexibility for contract-to-hire or direct hire arrangements.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
