Job Summary

Looking to kickstart or advance your career in the healthcare or enrollment industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated Enrollment Associate to assist with the enrollment process for new members. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for those joining the plan. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.

+ Address and resolve enrollment-related issues or concerns via claims, call tracking, or email.

+ Create, maintain, and update records in the eligibility transactional system.

+ Enter enrollment applications into the company’s database system with accuracy.

+ Process and manage enrollments and dis-enrollments.

+ Verify enrollment status with clients and resolve enrollment system rejections.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to manage exceptions, ensuring proper enrollment processes.

+ Conduct daily and monthly reconciliation of enrollment files.

+ Verify the accuracy of entered data against source documents.

+ Handle member eligibility change data and maintain enrollment database records.

+ Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
