Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and attention to detail while contributing to the success of a fast-paced accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily cash, check, and credit card transactions across multiple dealership locations, including Sales/Finance, Service, Parts, and Body Shop departments.

• Prepare and process deposits for all transactions, including checks received via mail.

• Ensure compliance with Form 8300 requirements for large cash transactions.

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accuracy in assigned accounts.

• Review accounts receivable schedules, verify warranty claim submissions, and follow up on aged items.

• Coordinate the collection and management of Sales Tax Exemption Certificates for wholesale parts customers.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies effectively.

• Excellent organizational abilities to handle large volumes of data and tasks.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with cash posting and credit card reconciliation is an advantage.
