    Description

    We are seeking a Title Curative Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of title resolution, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external customers. If you're passionate about real estate and title clearing processes, this opportunity is the perfect fit for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Work diligently to identify and resolve title issues, including ownership discrepancies, liens, encumbrances, and boundary disputes.

    + Review title reports, surveys, contracts, and related documentation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of property records.

    + Collaborate with legal professionals, escrow teams, and external parties to obtain necessary documentation and facilitate resolution processes.

    + Communicate with clients and other stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the curative process.

    + Maintain detailed records and provide reports on title resolutions and progress.

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations surrounding title clearing and real estate transactions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in title curative processes or related fields within real estate, escrow, or mortgage servicing.

    + Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Familiarity with title insurance policies, legal terminology, and public record navigation is preferred.

    + Proficiency with relevant software tools and databases.
