Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations, focusing on improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs through the development of continuous improvement programs. This management role requires the ability to lead a team, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure seamless plant operations.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ 8+ years of maintenance management or supervision experience.

+ Experience in plastics or injection molding.

+ Proficiency in computer skills, including all MS Office programs.

+ Experience with CMMS integration.

+ Understanding of MTTB and MTBF.

+ Experience with 480V electrical systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints related to hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ MIG or stick welding and fabrication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree.

+ Engineering background.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Benefits will start day 1 for salary. Offers health ,dental, vision and HSA. They will match your contributions $0.50 on the dollar up to the following annual maximums for HSA.

This is a fully onsite position in Clyde,OH.
