    MIG Welder – Precision Fabrication

     

    Overview

     

    We're hiring a skilled MIG Welder to join a high-performing team focused on precision welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel — primarily in thinner gauges (up to 1/8"). You’ll work with fixtures, clamps, and welding blocks to fit, assemble, and weld parts to spec.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG welding on thin-gauge metals (≤ 1/8")

    + Read and follow welding blueprints for accurate assembly

    + Use welding fixtures and clamps to position parts

    + Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year of recent MIG welding experience or equivalent technical training

    + Proficient in blueprint reading and tape measure accuracy (to 1/32")

    + Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs without restrictions

    Preferred Skills

    + 2-year Welding Degree

    + Experience in pipe welding

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
