What You Will Do:

+ Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish

+ Build rapport, and establish long-term relationships with clients

+ Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and financing options

+ Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks

+ Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records accurately

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of proven success in automotive sales (Toyota experience a plus)

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560 to $151,900, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
