    Job Title: Omni-Channel Loyalty SpecialistJob Description

     

    The Omni-Channel Loyalty team is pioneering a first-of-its-kind platform that enables customers to earn and redeem rewards across all digital ordering channels and in-store experiences. As part of the Digital Ordering division, our mission is to create a rewarding loyalty experience for both restaurants and their customers. We support operators with first-party software tools to enhance their online business and in-store engagement. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Omni-Channel Loyalty Specialist to support the design and production of in-store signage and assist with onboarding new merchants to our loyalty program. This role involves working closely with restaurant partners to understand their needs, optimize product usage, and ensure successful implementation of loyalty solutions. This is a remote-first position with occasional travel to corporate offices and merchant locations (less than once per quarter).

    Responsibilities

    + Design and produce in-store signage for partner merchants using tools like Figma.

    + Conduct setup tests and support onboarding for new merchants joining the loyalty program.

    + Collaborate with restaurant partners to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

    + Monitor merchant engagement and proactively address churn risks.

    + Maintain accurate records and communication using Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.

    Essential Skills

    + 2–4+ years of professional experience in design, customer success, or a related field.

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    + Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Comfortable working with technical products and hardware.

    + Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in digital marketing.

    + Understanding of customer experience strategies.

    Work Environment

    This position is remote with some onsite presence needed at times. You will work with a global food delivery company in customer experience.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $46.12 - $46.12/hr.
