URGENT CASH APPLICATION SPECIALIST
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cash Application Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing check payments, ensuring accuracy in cash applications, and collaborating with the accounting and sales teams. This role offers the potential to work in a hybrid environment after the initial training period.
Responsibilities
+ Go to the bank to collect baskets of checks and electronic checks.
+ Post check payments and verify they match account numbers, handling 50-300 checks.
+ Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure checks are applied to the correct accounts.
+ Communicate with customers via email and phone if additional information is needed.
+ Collaborate with the accounting and sales teams.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience in cash applications.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
+ Excellent customer service skills for email and phone communication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Experience with journal entry.
Work Environment
The position requires working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. After the training period, there is potential to transition to a hybrid work model. Candidates may need to use their own computer for remote login if company equipment is not available.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
