    My client, a reputable healthcare company in Jacksonville, FL, is hiring for a Rev Cycle Education Manager. Hybrid schedule with competitive pay opportunity!

    Job Description:

    + This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of both eLearning and instructor-led training programs.

    + The focus is on revenue cycle applications across various settings, such as: Patient Access, Health Information Management and Coding, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and the Single Billing Office.

    + This highly visible role involves daily interaction with senior leadership and requires professionalism, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex personalities and expectations.

    + The manager builds curriculums, integrates Epic and on-the-job training, and supports centralized training efforts.

    + Flexibility is key, with variable on-site requirements and occasional weekend training during go-live events.

    + While Epic experience can be taught and credentialed within 90 days, strong leadership and training experience - especially with high level stakeholders - is essential.

    Qualifications to Apply:

    + Leadership and influence - proven ability to work with and influence high level leadership (Directors, Executive Directors, VPs), including the ability to push back professionally and escalate issues appropriately.

    + Curriculum Development - Experience designing and implementing training programs across the full revenue cycle, with a focus on both Epic systems and practical, service-based learning.

    + Training Delivery - Skilled in onboarding and facilitating full-day training sessions, including Epic credentialing and hands-on patient interaction modules.

    + Strategic thinking and project management - Ability to see the broader organizational impact of training initiatives and manage projects from a strategic and operational perspective.

    + Adaptability and Flexibility - Willingness to work on-site as needed, including weekends during go-live events, and adjust to varying schedules and locations. Capable of managing difficult personalities and high-pressure environments with professionalism.

    + Must become Epic certified within 90 days on the job.

    + MUST have a Bachelors degree

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr.
