JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Strategist will lead the development, execution, and oversight of the company’s marketing strategy across multiple business lines. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
The Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the company’s visibility in the private pay, pharmacy, behavioral health and employment markets while maintaining and growing the organization’s online presence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support company growth and brand visibility across all service lines.
+ Partner with our online advertisement agency to increase private pay leads through digital advertising campaigns.
+ Drive awareness of the company’s pharmacy and product offerings through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
+ Build and strengthen the behavioral health brand through campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and referrals. Digital Presence & Content
+ Oversee management of the company website, ensuring content is current, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for SEO and lead generation.
+ Manage all employment advertisements and recruitment marketing to support talent acquisition efforts.
+ Plan, schedule, and maintain content for all social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), driving engagement and growth.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant content that highlights company culture, services, and success stories. Analytics & Optimization
+ Track performance of campaigns, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics.
+ Provide regular reporting to leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Monitor competitor marketing activity and industry trends to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Collaboration & Leadership
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
+ Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing effectiveness.
+ Serve as the brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and tone across all channels.
Qualifications/Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand management experience.
+ Strong experience with digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
+ Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or behavioral health industries preferred.
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
