    Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. Currently we are seeking a **3rd Shift Resource Production Manager** at our High Springs Florida location. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **This role will work a 2-2-3 Schedule which will include weekend coverage. Start time will be 6:45PM to 7:15AM.**

    Salary Range: $79,372.00-$105,226.00 - This role is bonus eligible

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    + Optimizes KPIs by implementing, supporting, and leading Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities focused on operational improvements.

    + Identify and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.

    + Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing principles.

    + Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

    + Ensure Safety Standards are executed by all associates with Safety being the leading topic at all meetings with associates.

    + Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area.

    + Review of KPIs and Top Losses daily and ensuring action plans are focused on correcting the Top Losses.

    + Support the Operations Manager on all key deliverables of the business.

    + Ensure Daily Operational Reviews are executed at a high level with engagement from all responsible associates.

    + Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements.

    + Work directly with Technical Resource and Line Owners on key actions to drive business results.

    Qualifications

    Key Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of certifications, training, and experience

    + 2-5 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a high-speed manufacturing environment; bottling,

     

    Preference will be given to those with leadership experience in a bakery manufacturing setting.
