Your Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement strategies, policies, and guidelines to effectively manage supply chain processes within the designated organizational unit.
+ Establish and execute functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function to ensure optimal performance.
+ Create budgets, policies, and procedures that support and reinforce the functional infrastructure.
+ Monitor and drive performance to achieve targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
+ Enhance and refine processes and systems to fulfill business requirements.
+ Ensure alignment of supply chain operations with overarching business goals and objectives.
Your Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
+ Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement with a proven track record in managing operations and improving efficiency.
+ Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, including ERP systems and inventory management software, and strong analytical skills for data analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across diverse teams and organizational levels.
+ Ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues quickly, with experience in process improvement and optimization techniques.
+ Competency in developing supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, along with forecasting demand and managing risks.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and experience in negotiating with suppliers and stakeholders.
+ Understanding of cost management and budgeting in relation to supply chain operations, with skill in analyzing financial impacts of decisions.
+ Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements pertinent to supply chains.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and technologies, with a tendency for innovative thinking to enhance processes and efficiency.
