    Position Summary

    Revelyst is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented IT Project Manager who thrives in team environments and enjoys helping projects run smoothly. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about agile methodologies and hands-on project coordination using tools like Jira. The role also plays a key part in supporting data governance efforts by helping the data team align with other departments and ensuring smooth integration of data-related initiatives across projects. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with executive-level stakeholders to provide clear updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support coordination of IT projects by facilitating team communication, tracking tasks, and monitoring milestones.

    + Assist in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

    + Maintain project documentation and Jira boards to ensure transparency and alignment.

    + Collaborate with team members to identify and help resolve blockers.

    + Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality outcomes.

    + Communicate project updates and progress clearly to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

    + Document and communicate project requirements effectively with both the development team and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

    + Initiate and foster cross-functional collaboration to support data governance efforts and ensure the data team is effectively integrated into broader project initiatives.

    + Engage with executive-level stakeholders to report on project health, timelines, and strategic alignment.

    + Take a proactive approach to driving project progress, anticipating challenges, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and with quality.

    + Play a key role in driving the organization-wide initiative to document and maintain data dictionaries across all data systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with project needs.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or managing IT projects.

    + Familiarity with project management principles and agile methodologies.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Strong experience using Jira for project tracking, coordination, and reporting.

    + Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative team environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® or equivalent).

    + Interest in continuous improvement and agile best practices.

    + Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making through clear project insights.

    Pay Range:

    Annual Salary: $83,600.00 - $95,700.00

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
