    We have an outstanding career opportunity for aSite/Installation Managerto join a leading Company located in theCharlotte, NCsurrounding area.

     

    We're seeking a Installation Manager to oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites across the U.S. and abroad. This role will act as the company's senior on-site representativ e—e nsuring safety, quality, and schedule performance while partnering closely with a remote Project Manager and global engineering team.

     

    Upcoming projects are based in the Southeast, Central, and South America with initial training at the company's European headquarters. As one of the first hires in the U.S., you'll play a pivotal role in building local service capabilities and shaping the future of the organization's North American operations.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + 5+ years of hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, or automation) in a regulated or GMP environment

    + 3+ years leading installation or commissioning teams in process or mechanical systems

    + Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills

    + Comfort working across cultures, time zones, and evolving priorities

    + Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 80%); based near Charlotte, NC preferred

    + Overseeing Mechanical/Electrical Teams PLUS being hands on (PLC Programming, etc)
