About the role you are considering:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) consultant to collaborate with a team of SAP specialists in executing end-to-end supply chain processes. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules, strategic leadership, and a strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
Your role:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.
Align SAP Demand to Supply processes with overall business goals and objectives.
Oversee hands-on configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP modules including:
SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning), MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Collaborate with senior management to present insights and recommendations.
Promote SAP best practices and ensure high proficiency across teams.
Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
8-10 years of professional experience managing SAP Demand to Supply processes.
Hands-on expertise in SAP PP, IBP, PP/DS, DP, SNP, and MRP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Industry-specific SAP module experience (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods).
Experience with SAP implementation projects or global rollouts.
SAP Certifications (Preferred).
