    PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to find a skilled **Electro-Mechanical Technician** who thrives on hands-on work and technical challenges. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and troubleshooting advanced electronic and electrical systems that power next-generation aerospace technologies.

     

    Your expertise will directly contribute to products that define reliability and performance in flight — making your work both meaningful and mission-critical.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble, test, and repair electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

    + Perform **board-level rework and PCB soldering** with precision and accuracy.

    + Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble parts, following established procedures and quality standards.

    + Conduct inspections, calibrations, and performance tests to ensure compliance with product specifications.

    + Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to support production efficiency.

    + Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all **environmental, health, and safety** guidelines.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma (or equivalent) and **2+ years of relevant experience** .

    + In lieu of a diploma, 4 years of relevant experience will be accepted.

    + Proven **experience with soldering and PCB rework** at the board level.

    + Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive assembly operations accurately. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    + **Preferred Qualifications:**

    + Experience working in an aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly environment.

    + Familiarity with testing procedures and electronic troubleshooting tools.
