Join PDS Tech Commercial group as a **Project Coordinator** . This pivotal role supports the enterprise-wide technology governance by facilitating risk assessments for hosted applications and coordinating the development of technology policies and standards. You’ll work cross-functionally with cybersecurity, legal, purchasing, and IT teams to ensure technology landscape remains secure, compliant, and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment Coordination

+ Lead the **Hosted Information Technology (HIT) Reassessment** process for high- and medium-risk applications.

+ Schedule and facilitate meetings with business units, vendors, and assessment teams.

+ Collect and organize assessment data in **ServiceNow** .

+ Provide regular updates to management and escalate issues to the HIT Steering Committee as needed.

+ Support the initial HIT Assessment process as a backup.

Technology Policy & Standards Management

+ Coordinate the creation and updates of **Technology Policies and Standards** .

+ Administer the document repository using **Converge Point** .

+ Organize working groups via the **Extended Architect Alliance** to review and approve content.

+ Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Excellent facilitation, documentation, and technical writing abilities.

+ Proven ability to analyze complex data and recommend actionable solutions.

+ Experience with enterprise tools like **ServiceNow** and document management systems.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles.

+ Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards development.

**Pay Details:** $95.00 to $114.38 per hour
