Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards Organization (TRO). You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights, ensure program integrity, and support business decision-making. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning, execution, and administration of compensation programs and processes in alignment with Meta’s business strategy and regulatory requirements
2. Conduct data analysis and modeling to inform compensation decisions, including cost modeling and employee impact analysis
3. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, data integrity, and business outcomes
4. Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver periodic reporting, business updates, and analyses (e.g., retention modeling, cost impact simulations, compensation reviews)
5. Identify and track success metrics for compensation programs, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
6. Work with large datasets and leverage advanced analytics tools (including AI-powered solutions) to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights
Minimum Qualifications:

7. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline
8. 4+ years of experience in compensation, data analytics, finance, or a related field
9. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
10. Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
11. Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics
12. Effective attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
13. Effective communication and collaboration skills

14. Experience supporting compensation or total rewards programs in a large, global organization
15. Familiarity with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) and advanced analytics platforms
16. Knowledge of market benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation best practices
17. Experience evaluating, implementing, or building AI solutions for compensation processes
Public Compensation:
$115,000/year to $172,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
