Job Description

Hours Required:** 16-40 hours per week, including specific event nights and weekends based on availability and school requirements. **This internship will run during the school year.

Qualifications:

College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students. Applicants can receive college credit, though it is not a requirement. Applicant must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Experience or interest in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Assist in the generation and processing of contracts

+ Assist in fulfilling event catering needs and providing updates to Aramark

+ Assist in development and execution of department promotions, offers, and gifts

+ Assist in managing departmental merchandise inventory

+ Support and assist Premium Partnerships & Hospitality Reps in daily tasks and assignments

+ Assist with Game Night, Event Night and off-site Events as needed

+ Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
