Position Summary...
The Team Operations Lead will serve as a strategic partner and operational driver for the Controllership Transformation and Payroll leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between vision, strategy, and execution, while also managing the day-to-day operational cadence of the business. The Team Operations Lead will own critical financial, planning, cultural, and communication processes, while also managing ad hoc projects and initiatives that require leadership-level oversight.
What you'll do...
About the Controllership Transformation and Payroll team:
We lead large projects, initiatives, and implementations for the Controllership team. We have blended the Payroll team and the Spark operating model to scale, transform, and globalize our pay processes and systems.
What you’ll do:
+ Partner with leadership team to translate vision and goals into actionable strategies and priorities.
+ Lead monthly P&L reviews and forecast updates to ensure financial accountability.
+ Drive annual LRP (Long-Range Planning) and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) exercises.
+ Track key initiatives and performance metrics, ensuring progress and timely escalation of issues as needed.
+ Provide insights and data to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
+ Develop project planning cycles and leadership reviews.
+ Manage AES (Associate Engagement Survey) results, analysis, and follow-up activities throughout the year.
+ Oversee SOWs, invoicing, and vendor management for Deloitte and other third-party partners.
+ Organize in-person engagements and team connection events, such as “Coffee with Melanie” and team building events.
+ Standardize processes, reporting, and communication practices to improve efficiency and clarity.
+ Prepare agendas to ensure readiness for key meetings.
+ Create high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
+ Support ad hoc needs, including data analysis, project support, and executive briefing preparation.
+ Monitor team engagement and morale, surfacing insights and opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll bring:
+ Strong background in operations, strategy, finance, or project management.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability in a variety of environments.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
+ Comfortable with financial processes (P&L reviews, forecasting, planning).
+ Skilled at creating high-impact presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
