Direct Support Professional III (DSP) - Day Services/Day Hab

Direct Support Professional Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20 per hour - based on experience

Direct Support Professional Hours:

Monday - Friday, hours typically between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:

As an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) or caregiver, you understand the impact of quality support. In this role, you'll continue to play a vital part in helping individuals with disabilities lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, providing transportation, and accompanying individuals to appointments. You'll implement care plans, administer medications, and ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines. Your ability to collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and case managers will enhance the care team's effectiveness. Above all, your guidance, encouragement, and advocacy will empower individuals to grow in confidence and engage fully in their communities.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or a related field. Additionally, a valid driver's license is necessary.
