**Customer Support Representative,** Medicare

**Location:** Englewood FL 34223

Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 7:00PM Max 40hrs

**Position Summary:** We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative I to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Medicare patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide outstanding support to Medicare patients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

+ Manage multiple tasks, including handling phone and email communications simultaneously.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.

+ Approach tasks with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.

+ Demonstrate patience and compassion while assisting clients.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of call center experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

+ Health Insurance License is a plus.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

+ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Collaborative and open-minded team player.
