    BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a **Employee Services Manager** in our **Tampa Assistive Care Office** located in Tampa, FL!

    The Employee Services Manager will:

    + Recruit, interview, and hire **HHAs and CNAs** to meet client needs.

    + Coordinate **onboarding and orientation** for new hires.

    + Maintain staff **compliance** with licenses, PPDs, CPR, and background checks.

    + Partner with scheduling to match caregivers with clients.

    + Support **employee relations** and help resolve staffing issues.

    + Build relationships with local **CNA schools and community programs** to attract candidates.

    + Track hiring and retention numbers and report progress to leadership.

    + Help create a **positive, supportive work culture** for caregivers and clients.

    Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

    + Bachelor degree is required

    + Comparable experience staffing/scheduling at a home care agency preferred

    + Prior supervisory experience a plus

    + Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)

    + Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

    + Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
