Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **C2BMC Principal Systems Analyst** to join our team! In this role you will get to become a member of the Parsons’ TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). This assignment requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of information systems and program management of DoD programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Facilitate user-developer interactions to ensure user requirements and needs are addressed.
+ Assist with continuous process improvement, innovation implementation, business analytics, and operation effectiveness.
+ Assist with defining program vision and direction; determining execution plans; identifying critical mission and technology gaps, challenges, and opportunities; and developing potential solutions.
+ Develop and execute improvement programs
+ Oversee IT infrastructure and facility upgrade projects
+ Coordinate C3BM schedules with internal and external organizations, integrate data from other related projects, make recommendations, update affected organizations, and secure approval.
+ Evaluate technical interfaces for interoperability issues between MDA/BC program efforts and other MDS elements or programs.
+ Observe current and future C2BMC spirals and assist with development, integration, test, deficiency review process, adjudication, and verification.
+ Assess the readiness of the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) to support operational events and operational plans.
+ Support CSSC operations during real world, test, and training events.
+ Assist with personnel accountability measures and procedures for exercises and real world events.
+ Coordinate scheduling for maintenance, project-related, and other activities that require access into BNOSC-controlled areas.
+ Coordinate access to the BNOSC (BMDS Network Operations & Security Center) footprint for personnel not permanently authorized within the BNOSC footprint including cleaning staff, Very Important Person (VIP) visits.
+ Assist with BNOSC and quadrant operations cabling infrastructure.
+ Assess concept documentation, network integration plans, gap analysis, product supportability and sustainability, cyber security policies, network operations TTPs, and certification processes.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
+ MA/MS degree and 12+ years of experience and BA/BS and 20+ years of experience
+ Active Secret clearance
+ IT enterprise infrastructure deployment and sustainment projects
+ Understanding of the requirements review and design review process
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
+ Experience with Missile Defense Agency and C2BMC preferred
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
