Center Manager – Trinity Health PACE
**Location:** St Joseph PACE
**Job Type:** Full-Time
Position Purpose
As Center Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the PACE center, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care for older adults. You’ll oversee interdisciplinary team members and manage services including rehabilitation, social work, dietary, and recreation.

What You Will Do
+ Supervise and support IDT staff across multiple service areas
+ Facilitate care planning and team collaboration for participant needs
+ Manage center operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance
+ Lead quality improvement initiatives and survey preparedness
+ Participate in strategic planning, staffing, and technology integration
+ Serve as a key liaison with clinical leaders and senior management
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
+ 5+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare
+ 1+ year working with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
