    How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

     

    Ready to lead the charge inone of Delta’s most influential markets?

     

    Join us as a Sales Manager for Multi-National Accounts based in Seattle, whereyou’ll be at the forefront of driving Delta’s growth across the PacificNorthwest. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a portfolio of our moststrategic corporate and agency partners, helping to shape the future of globaltravel from a critical hub city.

     

    As a key player in ourcommercial strategy, you’ll be instrumental in maximizing global revenues andmarket share, with a sharp focus on premium revenue and deepening Delta’spresence in the region. Your ability to turn data into actionable insights and buildlasting customer relationships will be essential to success.

     

    We’re looking for a provensales leader with experience managing large corporate accounts, stronganalytical acumen, and a passion for delivering results. This is an in-personrole based in Seattle, and candidates must be domiciled in or willing to relocateto the area.

    Key Responsibilities

    MarketGrowth & Performance

    + Grow existing Pacific Northwest business and oversee overallmarket performance.

    + Manage multinational and corporate accounts while also identifying anddeveloping new business opportunities.

    + Proactively grow and convert non-managed business into managed accounts,expanding Delta’s footprint across the region.

    + Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and recommend strategicactions to maximize share and revenue, particularly in premium cabins.

    Corporate& Agency Partnerships

    + Build and sustain executive-level relationships withcorporate and agency partners using a consultative approach.

    + Lead contract negotiations, implementation, performance evaluations, andongoing account management.

    + Collaborate closely with Sales Development, alliance partners, and otherinternal teams to deliver integrated sales strategies.

    Community& Industry Engagement

    + Represent Delta and our joint venture partners at communityand industry events, strengthening our profile in Seattle and across thePacific Northwest.

    + Serve as a visible ambassador for Delta’s premium products and customerexperience.

    Collaboration& Strategy

    + Work closely with other Sales team members andcross-divisional partners to align on account strategies and share bestpractices.

    + Deliver strategic insights using multiple data sets to guide decision-makingand align with Delta’s Flight Plan and Global Sales objectives.

    Flexibility& Commitment

    + Work in-person from the Seattle Sales office, withoccasional flexibility for virtual engagements.

    + Travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, with occasionalevening and weekend commitments.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Significant experience in corporate and agency Sales withproven results in revenue growth, client management, and contract negotiations.

    + Strong executive engagement and public speaking skills, withconfidence representing Delta at senior levels.

    + Highly analytical and comfortable leveraging data to shapestrategies and insights.

    + Deep knowledge of the Seattle business community andestablished ties across the Pacific Northwest market.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.

    + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

    + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

    Pay Range: $81300.00-$221000.00 annually
