What you'll do
+ Partner with corporate or agency accounts to develop outcomes to benefit the customers of American Airlines when they fly
+ Analyzes customer needs through both online and in-person meetings with agency or corporate partners
+ Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate field and staff departments
+ Prepares correspondence, proposals and presentations to support retailing activity
+ Communicates updates on AA products and services as needed
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years experience working in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Airline or business to business sales experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Ability to operate in a highly competitive, demanding environment
+ Ability to communicate to high level executives
+ Strong account strategy development and execution skills required
+ Understanding of modern retailing approaches and strategies
+ Understanding of modern airline distribution technology such as NDC, online booking tools, GDSs
