Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications Department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Communications Specialist

**Location:** Meridian, ID (Hybrid preferred – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

**Pay Range:** $42.86 hourly

What's the Job?

+ Develop and implement engaging communication strategies for internal and external audiences

+ Create content for newsletters, educational materials, web copy, and internal messaging

+ Support campaigns aimed at attracting, educating, and retaining members

+ Collaborate with internal teams to promote the organization’s mission and brand standards

+ Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and feedback with stakeholders and subject matter experts

What's Needed?

+ 2–4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or journalism

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field OR equivalent work experience

+ Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

+ Strong organizational and project management capabilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
