Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Service Operations Technician 2 to join their team. As a Service Operations Technician 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting technical service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Service Operations Technician 2

**Location:** Peachtree Corners, GA

**Pay Range:** $49920 - $49920

Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST

What's the Job?

+ Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems.

+ Provide timely support to clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

+ Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and workflows.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operations.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

+ Basic understanding of technical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
