Our client, a leading production and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting both the production and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have **strong organizational skills** , **effective communication** , and **attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** Based on experience
What’s the Job?
+ Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the scheduled time.
+ Maintain proper inventory of maintenance materials and spare parts.
+ Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities between maintenance and production teams.
+ Support the maintenance supervisor to minimize impact on process operations.
+ Assist production and technical teams in establishing and following up on preventive maintenance plans.
What’s Needed?
+ 1–3 years of experience in a maintenance coordination or related role.
+ Experience operating SAP or similar systems for work order processing.
+ Ability to schedule and manage external vendors, including PO setup for payment.
+ Strong collaboration skills across maintenance, production, and technical teams.
+ Understanding of export control requirements due to site-specific technology access.
