    Whats in it for you?

    + **8hr and 12hr shifts** Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts; 24/7 operation

    + HS Diploma, Background and Drug Screen req

    What will you be doing?

     

    + Communicate with daily planning of on-shift staffing responsibilities to ensure all production activities are completed, Monitor the status of all production areas as assigned

    + Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them, as necessary, to Management

    + Ensure all production personnel are following safety policy requirements

    + Handle training and continual skill improvement of new employees on the production floor

    + Establish and foster a team-focused environment

    + Safely operate fork trucks and monitor fork truck usage by other employees

    + Utilize computer-based programs

    + Positive, can-do attitude

    + Ability to walk, stand, squat, and climb throughout an 8- and 12-hour shift

    + Ability to push, pull, and lift/reach over head

    + Ability to work in high heat conditions

    + Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
