Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong physical stamina, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Carol Stream, IL

**Pay Range:** $21

**Shift:** First

What's the Job?

+ Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to manage shipments and inventory

+ Perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting, standing, bending, twisting, and stooping for an 8-hour shift

+ Physically lift and handle weights up to 30 lbs. repetitively, with occasional lifts of 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance

+ Use hand tools such as strappers, banders, and shrink wrap equipment to prepare shipments

+ Read and interpret work orders to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate order fulfillment

+ Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
