Our client, an industry leader in construction and data center infrastructure development, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be an integral part of the Contracts and Procurement Department supporting project teams across various sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $61-$67/hourly
What's the Job?
+ Manage and oversee contractual agreements for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
+ Coordinate and negotiate change orders, RFPs, and other contractual modifications to optimize project outcomes.
+ Maintain detailed logs of letters, back charges, and savings to track project financials and contractual obligations.
+ Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues promptly and effectively.
+ Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
What's Needed?
+ 8-10 years of experience managing construction contracts, preferably in oil/gas, construction, or critical environments.
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related field; contracts-related certifications are a plus.
+ Proven experience managing GC RFP processes and familiarity with tools like Ariba.
+ Microsoft experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of procurement and contract management systems.
+ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
